Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification in a DMCA notice, you may submit a Counter-Notification.

Your Counter-Notification must include the following:

2. The specific URL or location of the material that was removed or disabled before removal.
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, Sophia Lynn Brown may replace the removed material (or cease disabling access to it) after 10 to 14 business days, unless the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice files a court action seeking a court order restraining the party filing the Counter-Notification from engaging in infringing activity.
